Inside our large flotation room you can float for over an hour in 10 inches of warm water saturated in Epsom salts. <br><br> You are totally supported and the salts have a de-toxifying action. <br><br> This peaceful atmosphere allows you to relax at a very deep level. <br><br> Floatation therapy can help you reduce stress levels, alleviate aches and pains and back problems, overcome unwanted habits, accelerate learning, improve sports performance and increase human potential. <br><br> Massage, Polarity Therapy, Aromatherapy and La Stone treatments are also available from qualified, experienced practitioners.
